Title: ➰ The Loop ➰

Intended Audience: The work is designed primarily for desktop users, as it relies on elements and features that do not work on mobile. Additionally, users who have engaged with Alice in Wonderland media in some way through the novel, animation, online platforms, or live action movies may better resonate or contextualize some of the content since these references help group the conceptual framework. That said, the experience is open to anyone interested in psychology and digital environments. And ideally, it would be someone who found themselves naturally falling into a rabbit hole while surfing the web.

Stated Goal: The goal of this project is to visually and sonically represent cognitive loops within a digital space, translating computer logic into repetitive thought patterns. By mapping looping structures onto system logic, the experience allows users to encounter how thoughts can repeat, intensify, and distort without clear resolution. Using Alice in Wonderland as a conceptual foundation, the project offers a familiar narrative lens through which these cognitive phenomena can be understood and explored. The experience encourages the user to enter and exit at any point. The work asks the viewer to reflect on how computer logic and human cognition can inform and mirror one another.
